• Ordinary fees in the industry & by law can be:
• Attorney: 3% for estate valued up to 1.5 million dollars
• Personal Representative (Executor): 3%
• Liquidators, auctioneers: 35% of assets other than real estate
• Realtor: 6% to 7% of the real property value.
   
• Life management / Elder care - If it becomes necessary to find assisted living or make other health care arrangements we have the expertise  that can evaluate, coordinate and locate the best solution for you
  .
• Information Technology - If it becomes necessary to locate accounts, passwords, e-mails and other correspondence on home or business computers, we have the expertise to recover this information to insure you have all bases covered.
   
• By having a neutral and disinterested party involved, dissension and difficulties within the family can be minimized.
   
• We offer mediation services by a trained mediator should problems arise.
   
• There are many ways to liquidate personal property, and we will tailor the methodology to our clients' needs or desires.
   
• Members of the Above & Beyond team are problem solvers with extensive resources throughout the Space Coast.  We will come up with creative solutions to any problem that may arise.
   
• We are licensed and bonded in the state of Florida. Our company does not own or operate an antique store because we feel it would be a conflict of interest.   We work for you to conduct the most profitable sale possible!
